Anne charges $130 per hour for consultations as of February 1, 2008.

For FIRST TIME clients, a $25 set up fee is charged for the Initial Chart
Preparation, database updating and various administrative activities.

Initial Session:
For Phone clients, an hour session is offered for $155 ($130 + $25 set up fee).
For In-Person clients at Anne‘s Home, hour and a half sessions are offered for $220 ($195 + $25)

Follow up Session:
For Phone clients, an hour session is offered for $130.
For In-Person clients at Anne’s Home, hour and a half sessions are offered for $195.

Partial Hour appointments:
The $130 fee is prorated based on time spent. They are offered for specific issues or questions as determined by Anne and the client. This is only offered to existing clients.

Payment:
Payment is expected before or at the time of the consultation. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Check, Money Orders or Paypal for Credit Cards. Credit Cards / Paypal requires internet access on the client’s part. There is a link on Anne’s website to facilitate Credit Cards/ Paypal payments. Checks or Money Orders should be mailed to:

Quick Questions:
For existing clients, there is no charge for “quick questions“. Email the question to anneortelee@yahoo.com   If timeliness is critical to your question, please note it at the top of the email/ regarding line so it gets our attention sooner rather than later.

Recordings:
Both sides of conversations that takes place during a sessions are recorded, unless the client specifies no recording.

Audio Tape or CD wav recordings are available.

In-Person clients receive the only permanent recording, CD or Tape, at the conclusion of their consultation. 

Phone clients receive an emailed version of their consultation by the end of the day of their reading via the secure delivery service offered by YouSendIt.com. Clients can download the file upto 500 times, onto their various computers, burn their own CD or put the file on their I-pod. If you aren’t sure how to do this, hire a teenager to help you down load the emailed wav file.  The whole process takes about 10 - 15 minutes.
 
If Phone clients prefer a physical CD or Tape of their reading sent out by Anne via the USPS, that is offered too. Make sure to request it. Please note that there can be delays in receiving the CD or Tape. You WILL get it eventually!
